Lohit Bhatia

Executive Director and Group CEO

Lohit Bhatia has been instrumental in scaling Quess’ staffing business from 13,000 to over 482,000 associates since 2011. With 28 years of cross-industry experience, he has led expansions across India, APAC, and the Middle East. A three-time President of the Indian Staffing Federation, he actively shapes national workforce policy. Lohit is also a sought-after speaker and a key voice in industry forums on skilling, DEI, and the future of work.

Sanjay Shetty

Chief Business Officer, Recruitment, GCC and International Services

Sanjay Shetty leads Quess’ Recruitment, GCC and International Services business, along with the GCC services, supporting global enterprises in building and scaling high-impact Global Capability Centres in India. With over two decades of leadership experience, including senior roles at Randstad India, he is known for enabling complex talent strategies at scale.

He holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from Pune University, an MBA in Marketing from the Canadian School of Management, and has completed the Senior Executive Program at INSEAD, Fontainebleau.

At Quess, Sanjay is shaping how GCCs are built and scaled through an integrated, end-to-end approach via Origint.
